At Lithos, every piece is handcrafted. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, each item is unique and may feature natural variations in colour, texture or small air bubbles. These are not considered defects, but rather part of the charm and individuality of handmade objects. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics and uniqueness inherent in handmade items. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy, except where an item is marked as final sale.

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but actual colours, textures, and designs may vary slightly due to differences in device screen settings, lighting conditions during photography, and the individual nature of handcrafted production. Lithos will not accept responsibility for any such variations that are not defects.

By purchasing, you agree to accept the small risk of variations between the actual product and its representation on our Website. Returns based on customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not a defect) will not be accepted unless the product is broken or arrives damaged. When an order is placed on our Website, you will receive a confirmation of purchase email to confirm that we have received your order. This email confirms that we have received your order and does not guarantee acceptance. When we accept the order via the confirmation of purchase email, a legally binding contract is generated between us. Please make sure that you keep a copy of the confirmation of purchase email, as we may require you to refer to it should there be an issue with your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order at our discretion, including if an item is out of stock or an error is found in product or pricing information. In the case of an inaccuracy on the Website, we will try to contact you as quickly as possible to solve the issue.

All payments must be made at the time of order using our accepted payment methods (debit/credit cards, GooglePay or ApplePay). Orders will not be processed until payment is complete.

Prior to the order being dispatched, payment will be debited from your account. In the unlikely event that your account has been debited but you have not received a confirmation of purchase email, please contact us via email, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Debit/credit card holders are subject to authorization by the card issuer. If your card is declined, the order will not be accepted, and you will not receive a confirmation of purchase email. In the case of a card refusal/decline, Lithos will not be responsible for non-delivery.

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 11:00 AM GST are processed the next business day. Any delays will be the responsibility of Lithos to contact and inform the customer.

By placing an order on www.lithosdecor.com, you acknowledge that product prices include applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are calculated separately and added at checkout. Orders are shipped using our trusted delivery partners.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and any delays in delivery caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control and not the responsibility of Lithos once the item has left our studio.

All orders placed with Lithos (www.lithosdecor.com) will be provided with tracking information once dispatched. However, once an order has been shipped from our studio, all buyer responsibilities are withheld by the buyer. This includes any risk of loss, theft, or damage during transit. In the event that a parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit, customers are advised to contact the relevant courier directly to initiate a claim or raise a dispute.

In cases where an order has proof of shipping via a tracking number, but the buyer cannot locate the parcel, Lithos is not liable for the missing item and will not offer a credit or refund. We strongly encourage all customers to ensure their shipping information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order at the time of delivery.

The products covered by each contract (i.e., accepted order) are at your risk upon delivery of the order to the carrier. Lithos cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return Policy. Please note that natural variations in colour, texture, or handcrafted finish are not considered defects and are not eligible for return on that basis.

If you receive a damaged or broken product, please contact us at info@lithosdecor.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will assist with a replacement or refund.

Returns or refunds will not be granted due to variations in colour/texture, or improper use of the product.

As an independent brand, returned or refused parcels by couriers will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% per item to cover administrative and material costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@lithosdecor.com. After that period, we may not be able to alter or cancel the order once it enters processing.
